Beneath the world
The worm encrusted earth
Painted of tar and skeletons
Beneath a lava core
Our heart, a hell

Beneath the skin
Festering underneath
Much more grotesque than what is dead

There’s our human emotion
As deep as the ocean
The function of our brain
How and why we go insane

World underneath
What’s real and surreal
Past all limits and boundaries
Deep down beyond familiar
Beyond love and hate
Perils and reason

World underneath
It is nothing
It is humanity
It is the answer and the question
It is nothing and everything
This is the world underneath

Intriguing... I am not sure how to properly comment on this so just know that this made me watch and wonder and feel scared.
