You’re electric like a black miasma
A more absurd starling I never saw
You’re like the sense of a drunken angel
You are sweet, kind, caring, and you mean well
But you are swaying to a bold rhythm
Like an unsound, enigmatic hymn
You can scream ev’ry song in harmony
I can’t fathom how you live so freely
The world to you is an empty canvas
Full of hugs and kisses and of sheer bliss
Yet you know of nothingness and of void
You’ve had sorrow; and happiness destroyed
The monument I fashioned after you
Dwells in my heart; hints to all that you do
