I am knotted within you
But I think that you are, too
A lab’rinth of emotions
Find the key to free your heart

Why am I so mystified
Because you are dizzying
Don’t know the trouble you cause
A sweet face won’t get you far

Pretending such innocence
What had changed you in your past
I think I’m completely lost
Because I cannot find you

Are you just around the corner
Or a million miles away
I’ll sail the seas and track you down
If I could get untangled first

It seems that you have captured me
You celebrate your victory
But you won’t earn all of my love
Until I know if you’d want it

This game of cat and mouse
Is really tiring
I can’t remember my role
Which one of us is hiding like a wallflower

Will they be your claws or mine
And whose form will they constrict
In hunger or affection
In pleasure or affliction

Sometimes I think you just don’t care
You haven’t come to save me yet
But I will always wait for you
Just because I cannot escape
