Tried to have everything
Ended up with nothingness
I wanted what is worthless
I can’t find the pot of gold

At the end of a rainbow
Are the heads of monstrous beasts
Slaughtered in the times of old
Their archaic bones still breathe

And all the rocks around me
Are shouting and they’re rumbling
Threatening to fall and crush
Ev’rything beneath their weight

I can see a million faces
In a deadly sea of souls
They are reaching out to hold me
Icy fingers on my skin

The slime reminds me of your touch
I shudder at the thought of you
With all the horrors that surround
You still frighten me most of all
