Yell and scream your useless banters, oaths
Prove your idiocy, throw your stones
Poor, hopeless but innocent, body
He is trapped within a wall and crowd
But what has he done?
What has he done to deserve your anger?
Stolen bread to quench his hunger?
Stolen wine to quench his thirst?
What has he done but thrive to survive?
Why do you blame him for things he can’t change?
Because you won’t listen long enough to know him?
You are all wrapped in yourselves
Protected by garments, clothe your flesh
While his is exposed in degradation
When you fools do not curse you laugh
Too dense to think of yourself in the same fortuity
I tell you this not out of pity but because I know better
Deliver yourselves of ignorance and your shallow minds
I say this not to insult you but prevent you
Prevent you from repeating the history of those who refuse to learn
For would you not scoff at them in pride?
You live in a world of hypocritical lies
Free this man, that’s all I ask of you
And do regret what you have done
