Balmy, pitch black darkness
Blood stains, shattered bones
Cold, wet walls
Death and sickness in the air
Ghosts and spirits dancing freely
Lonely, empty, silent, solitary dungeon

Screams of agony cursing life
Chains and shackles clattering softly
Weeping, crying, stream of tears
Dirt and grime and smells from squalid surfaces
Squeaking, reeking rats with burning demon eyes
Bats and birds quarreling overhead

The curves that crossed my path and caused me to be here
Their memory occurs through languid eyes
Two murky, foggy, cloudy, unclear windows
Reveal a mind sadly much the same
My future is damnation
Guillotine flashing, head rolling, insides revealed

All are watching, all are waiting
Hateful, criticizing faces
Yelling at me, rioting, yet all is deserved
Meanwhile, I wait as well for that fateful day
Meanwhile, I die alone while waiting
Waiting as if welcoming, awaiting death
