grey skies
cast soft shadows
on the eyes of river mist
as they dance in shadows
barefeet on cold sand
trees moan in fury
of their root

as stars peep and watch them
peeping toms that no one thinks
of looking back at them

we are lost in dream
notation
of the scene i can't describe
try to take the crisp
the vivid
in the memory in time

lost with every sunrise
sometimes...
blessings in disguise
dreams hold the answers

if remembered

...in due time.
