sweet nothings never meant so much
as they do when they
escape the mouth that craves
your lips
the mind that wants to wrap itself
around you
the heart that beats again
for you
sweet nothings never meant anything
until they jumpstarted my heart
coated my mouth in ecstasy
tickled the hairs on my neck
shudder
shiver
not from fear
or maybe only from the fear
of losing what i've never had
perfection
suites you
practically
perfect
sweet nothings whispered
in the dark
land on solemn's ears
and she answers as he whispers
and waits for him
to come near
because sweet nothings never meant something
until they were spoken
here
