In our dreams, we will meet
Embraced in each other arms
Under a moon lit sky
Spotted with beautiful white stars
My breath against your neck
As our hearts beat together

We'll find each other in our dreams
Stealing a few precious kisses
A few precious, hurried whispers
Light fingertips brushing waiting skin
Burning sensations all too quickly fading
Will this feeling still remain come morning?

We'll catch each other again in our dreams
Finding our lost souls in our eyes
Does this pain dissipate in this dream state?
For I don't seem to hurt anymore in your presence
Why can't it always be like this?
With nothing but happiness and love

We'll only lose each other come morning
Our dreams shattering with sunlight
Depression taking control again
But I'll always remember your touch
The feel of your lips
Until we meet again that night

I like it! I know all too well the feeling of longing for something to be which is not.
