You've been here, here in my hell
Demons squeezing your heart
Taunting you with whispers of love
What mockery rolls off their tongues
Torture taken to a new level
Ragged caresses across burned skin
What circle is this?
Plunging deeper into pain
Self satisfying, enclosing, comforting pain
Twisted kisses...
Poised to kill with poisoned lips
How dull it became, but who pulled you out?
Surely fingers only grasped bones
Crushing dirty whiteness to ashes
How did you manage to keep trying?
Did Hope battle the nightmares for you?
I know Love was already dying
Writhering and shrinking on the floor
