I drank a new castle today
And thought of you...
Such a silly thing to do really...
Drink a beer and think of you..
I swill my bottle around...
watching the dark swirl with
The light at as it gains head...
refreshing and glimmering in the light..
Its dark color so brilliant to the eye..
Stimulating and ecouraging..
Drink me it says..
I will ease your parched throat...
and show you love.
Such a filthy color it is...
: Like a stale ice and cola left to rest..
Basking in the southern sun..
Or perhaps an over cooked
Iced tea... Saturating ...
The warmth of the reflecting light
Catching the air and swelling
showing the depth in the
dark liquid swill
Sunlight catching like that off of dew drop leaves.
A fresh day after a thunderstorm.
Warming and humid.
Shiver inducing against cool leather..
Pressing the cold rim of the bottle to my lips,
my eyes wander off to the side
Catching beat with an offly familiar tune...
The heavy beat.. high tones..
Commotion and loud sounds.
All echoing through my mind.
a strange taste in the air...
Dont worry,
I never missed it.
Its dark bitter sweet taste will hug your throat
and give you reason to linger.
I will ease your mind
as my taste stays with you,
with that thick potent and distinguished flavor..
Mingling with your senses.
The rich aroma tangos my senses...
Sweeping me away into a seeming oblivion...
Oh sweet bitter senatsions which
crawl over my body...
Crawling withing my brain as though it
had some form of a right.
encompassing my senses and sending me for a ride.
Back where I wish I wouldnt remember,
Mental lashings never ceasing.
One thing there anouther thing there..
All the while.... I sip this beer only to ...
Piss it all away.
