Look through my eyes
Tell me what you see
A lost maiden perhaps?
Seeking sanity in your chaos?
Sweet and innocent in her ways.
Seemingly inexperienced in your ideals.

Look again my dear.
Look into the depths of my feline eyes.
Tell me now what do you see?
Do you see the scarification?
Tell me you see the extent of the reality.
Its all the depths of my existence.

You hear the detachment in my voice.
Can you feel my resistance to your embrace?
Are you satisfied with my gold stare?
Can you taste my apathy born of pure indulgence?

Listen close my darling,
Hear my pulse throbbing in your ears.
Press against my body,
Feel me quiver under your palm.

Definitly interesting. Gives a different view to a subject that's all too often seen one-sidedly.
