I lay alone tonight
the dark embraces my thoughts
holding myself tight

something always goes wrong in life
willing to reach for my dreams
yet somehow they end in strife

holding back my tears
pillow clutched to my breast
i reflect over the years

with the love I've been blessed
tonight a stepping stone
I always become so depressed

your words bring tears to my heart
guided by my moon and stars
for once again we must part

no struggle left in this round
doubts of myself dissipate
my sobbing makes not a sound

slowly I drift off to sleep
our friendship a treasure
that I decide to keep

That is a hard one, I relate,... a big hug and lots of smutty thoughts to distract you...a box of tissue and chococlate of your choosing in event above does not do the trick.
