My past that which I hold in tight. Rerun over and over hoping the memories will turn into thoughts that don't deaden the core of my soul. Anger, rejection, sadness overshadowing fleeting moments of happiness and acceptance. My past has met my future, that of understanding and passion, my soulmate. Where is the line drawn in time, my emotions colliding. To be true to myself my soul has hope, yet dark secrets of the past threaten dreams of the future. Love and happiness that could be should be will be a gift from the stars.
