At populace zero,
you were there.
no words to spare,
just listen to me scream (inside my head).

To spite me for my curiousity
enslave me into your thought process.
I ignored you,
who am I?
I became you,
who are you anyway?
what is us, if there is no me?
you were my best friend,
but you barely knew me.
today we make our final connection
Fate is a prayer for our creation.
I'll write you a letter,
send you a message in a bottle
if only an ocean were closer

Indulged in what could become of "we"
unfortunate we share an identity.
many live under one state of control,
I plead insanity.

Something never came of your reality.
I carry the guilt of your shame.
"Bury me in your closet,
but you'll find me beside your bed,"
remember the last time we talk was on the tip of this pen,
it's over, but it's not the end.
