it brings back memories
watching my thoughts through this computer screen.

waiting for the next sunrise
Wondering when my next chance is for interaction
with a complete stranger
I can call a friend.
I don't know where I am going next but
I'd settle for a simple explanation
to settle down

I learned when to compromise
somewhere along my timeline of lies
I swear to God I'm telling the truth

Because time is non-existant
when dealing with confliction.

It would be easier to say,
Let's run away..
Let's run away..
Let's run from our mistakes and
chase our lives before we knew they had meaning.

If I could drive across that borderline,
I would never turn back..
I would never turn my back to you ever again.

I find it's easier to compromise when you
