Please enter through the side,
come out the front with my soul in hand,
such a mess with loose ends to tie up.
Wild is, as the legend's told.
Such a pretty face,
no one will worry.
You'll find a way to make it on your own.
You'll find a better place,
a perfect path traveled without a trace.
Evil seeps inside your mind with a gracious smile,
a conscience all it's own.
Envy and deceipt: you're fairytale?
My blood is pumping without a beat,
nothing here to keep me trying.
No one here to keep me from dying,
let alone living for a while longer.
my life is met by it's undertaker,
same hands that casted the first stone;
kept me pretending all these years.
Left me to wonder, will I make it on my own?
An ongoing masquerade of humility.
The lives we lead are all our own,
till one day,
the truth is shown.
