The man I should have been
Isn't dressed in black
The man I should have been
Would have never turned his back
The man I should have been
Has judgment and self respect
The man I should have been
Has a life without defect
I'm not the man I should have been
I wear black
I've turned my back
And,yes I lack respect
But I smile and keep on living
Life and its after effect

This is a very good write. I think we all in one way or the other feel we should be a different man or women.
