We inhibit a stage
That time abandoned
Our benevolence betrayed
By our passions for they
Who we shall not name

We recoil to the emptiest
Parts of our minds where
Even the brightest of rainbows
Turn grey and crumble

And live locked in our
Mausoleums where the remains
Of the past reflect our impending
Destruction
