Broken again
Broken for nothing
Broken because you knew
that I would let you
Broken for good
Broken forever
Broken to remind me why
I never should have loved you

You apologize for nothing
even though you know
your wrong
You like to stab me in my heart
to see how far
the knife can go

Its painful and it stings
but still you smile
as I bleed
You orchestrate
my broken heart
like its your favorite symphony

Why do you call
to taunt me
are you not yet satisfied
That Im miserable and lonley
and sometimes I wish
I could fucking die

I would sleep for eternity
to erase you
from my thoughts
But if I sleep
I would dream
and you would be there to haunt

Youve used my love
to torture me
But its a dawn of a new day
The cycle has completed itself
my love for you
is now my hate

Goodness, how I know the way this feels. it seems a common theme as of lately, to write of falling into a trap you can only hope to escape should you turn your back completely on the love you thought you had...nicely done. ~*Beth*~
