As you look at the flesh of thy
Bruised and torn, you look at the sky
And wonder why God has done this to thou.
You fall on your knees and bow...

You start to remember the days of yore
As you see your companions' blood staining the floor
And your tears are now mixed with the soil.
You scream and weep, you can't hide your turmoil...

You curse humans' folly
While you hear moaning surrounding thee
All your comrads' sighs of agony...

You recall the kiss you gave to your fiancée
Before you went to the war, far away,
She promised she'll be faithful;you promised you'll come back...

You came back indeed, but you saw your vilage in ruin and rack,
And saw your future wife raped and hanged to a tree...
So you took her martyr body,
You kissed her bloody lips
As on thy cheek, a tear slips....
As you took a last look at her slepulcher
Thou cried a silent prayer.
The one who was meant to hold thy children in her womb
Is now dead and cold in a tomb...

So thou went back to the fight...
When your eyes are wet, you can't see the light...
Slowly your heart has turned to stone
But then you realised you were all alone,
And in your heart the ice has melt
And we'd be horrified to know what you felt...
You are now a murderer, you wanted to revenge your beloved's blood
You killed as much as you could;you've mixed flesh and mud...

You look at the scars on the body of thy
You look at the sunset wounding the sky...
You're now all alone with rotting corpses and silence
And thou smell the odor of thy tears, and the stench of pestilence...
