Mistress widow lies in wait
panging hunger will not sate,
The trap is set in a mirrored sheen
within her nest she lies unseen,
Biwinged flyer on honey behest
smacks unto her filigreed mesh,
Forthright haste turned wresting strife
wed of chains hold tight this life,
Mistress of doom leaps forth her ward
to laugh at a subdued fate in shards
A vixens kiss in lethal dose
her mordant poison maims within her host
Without delay salient thread swaddles tight
Heedless of concious forlorn sight
Fangs sheer through the binding silk
to dine on blood, life giving mothers milk.

I love the archaic feel of your works, like something dredged from times lost and forgotten.
