Seraphim smooth and white, why are you saddened so,
With downy wings that brush the ground
hanging heavy with winter snow.
Upon your knees you pray your plight,
With a holy vigilance within,
On your shoulders slumped wings do fight against past mortal sins.
Yet guard you do my mortal doom,
To be released unto this hallowed moon,
I thank you for your prayer tonight.

i enjoyed this. it plays a story of a madman torturing his mom and being oblivious of it. still she prays. 669
