Snow angels
on the hottest day
the smell of love
in the pouring rain
honey-freckled
acid face
nightclub wasteland
from a whispered grain
rainbow fallout
from rusty bins
green teenagers
with severance eyes
spectres licking
dank corners
dark hostels
and dirty nails
a drifter
in the summer dusk
wild grass
and spiral caves
legacies in the shadows
acidic howls
dripping
half-a-painting
neon credit
greysuits
fall
from blood-red skies
nothing left
to give the world
a clown
hanging
from a lamppost

don't think i've read this one before -wicked flow, language and vivid, biting imagery -reminds me of farringdon on clubnights (argh!) my fave image right at the end -clown hanging from lamp post- dark and unexpected. p-layed

Ah Carlos, the words within this are so vivid and inspiring.. "Snow angels on the hottest day/the smell of love in the pouring rain".. and the summer dusk, the wild grass.. just, wonderful. I had to read this over and over to absorb the stunning images.
