Collecting like rainwater
Drowning so sweet in her touch
My worries bubble to the surface
Deep in aqua spark eyes in union
Lost in the rise and swell between subtlety and need
Our souls entwine as our hearts entangle,
Around the headstones rising above another day's worry


We beat for the night, for it is ours in a blink
Spin thought dream rush, beckon conscience forward
So worries bubbling burst, our sparking eyes bring us to surface
Gasping for breath, through the shape of a name
Her laughter distorts terror beautiful
She'll unwrap the sheets, like breaking rain
To spin our conjoined hearts into the sun
