sun rises on a new day
another day in the way
getting through this lie
waiting til i die

time taking so long to pass
can't play dead in the grass
my body getting old
my soul growing cold

life passing me by
life, what a lie
maybe just a dream, never ending
in a coma, my mind never mending

now stuck in this lie
waiting til i die
just another day in the way
as the sun rise on this new day.
