The same street with shadows hanging deep
The sun smiles but all I see
is a red deluded expresion on her face
while she slowly walks off the horizon
melted all boarders
between reality and my dreams
melted like ice in vulture-light
The relic light turns softly into the shadows
We use to call our souls
The sun burns mat red
She waits for the darkness
To pale her eternaly
Where did I go?
Where did I come from?
Where are you?
The first time I realize I walked alone
The whole way from the start
The last red spoud touches my face
Greedy sucking my life before it
Fades slowely out of my reach
Out of my soul
You were just an imaginary self
reflecting image of my daily hunger
This was the first time in my life
I looked into those eyes
Staring out of the darkness
I start to laugh painfully
How could I’ve been so blind?
