Touching her hair, falling asleep
softer than she gave me credit for
noone to share, breathing too deep
closer than i'd ever dreamt before

and all i felt, all i wished to
lying right here by my side
and i had delt, sleeping near u
as the best thing in my life

u heard what i told u, u thought about it,
u laughed when i showed u i was getting insane
u know that i`m torchered, u`re so frustrated
u smirk when u see me, cause i am to blame

Oh, year u`re right my lady, oh year its true
i`m not the one in life my baby, but i`m not paltering with u

Talking to her, feeling to sweet
better than i'd ever expected
catching the bird, feet after feet
passing days i'd never reglected

and its all, all about u
little girl in middle September
and i fall, fall over u
u're the one i'll always remember

Oh, year u're right my lady, oh year its true
i'm not the one in life my baby, but i'd just sheltered u
