I`m just a body you found
dead on your doorstep
holding my heart in my hands
pieces scattered
over a blood backdrop
my white dress is ruined
and mascara is bleeding down
my face turning my beauty into
a nightmare landscape
I was never beautiful enough to
make you stay faithful
never living up to the
standard of perfection
you set for me
I am not a barbiedoll
quit treating me like one
your getting to old
to play with me
You step over the threshold
staring at my body
and you dont even recognize me
or maybe you dont want to
since i`m not pretty anymore
just another star that
blinked out in a sea of brighter ones
holding my heart out to you
in clenched fist
its the only thing i had to give
so i ripped it from my chest
and you still wont take it from me
you look in disgust when lust
once filled your eyes
i showed you my flaws thinking
you`d accept them and
instead of comfort all i heard
was a click when the door shut
and you walking away from me
