Let me show you the end of forever
grasping slim threads of trust
but they slip through your fingers
like the sand through an hourglass
our time has
R
U
N
out and it seems you dont care
I was just another butterfly
you ripped the wings off of
for your own entertainment
until i grew boring
then you lost interest
leaving me forgotten in a jar
beside your bed
and you didnt even notice the decaying corpse
of something that was once beautiful
begging you for freedom everynight
and you cant pretend you
dont see my face on
every dirt coated floormat
you step on
because i know better
and the string you have wrapped around
your little finger
connecting it to my heart
is coming undone
and with every tug
i`m getting further away
from you
Come with me to the end of forever
so i can push you
into the abyss
and i can finally smile
because i`m free
