Pain has never hurt so much
Emptiness has never felt so hollow

Nor dreams so far out of reach
All alone in my desolation
Aching for a confident to whom
I could pour out my broken heart

The only thing I have left is a jagged soul
Frayed around the edges slowly unwinding
Held together by a slim thread of hope

I stitch myself up everytime you break me
But this time everything ripped at the seams
Take a look at your macabre masterpiece

Crudely colored in charcoal outside the lines
Heartache clearly defined in a porceline face
Tears running down highcheek bones

To rest on the corners of a cupids bow
Mouth that a smile no longer has To grace
frozen in time for the world to see

The true meaning of misery
It only hurts when you love me
Gently~ Slowly ~ Completely
Then you leave me
Empty~ Dejected ~ Lonely

One more time before I fade
And the colors run together
Please just love me for
I will always be your MASTERPIECE
