money troubles traveling back and forth
cigarette in my hand and i hit the floor
wishing once more that i had that key
that one thing
i never really had i just always wanted
just always needed to find a way
never really knew were i was going
but i know somewhere its snowing
looking upward i feel a chill
dig thru my pockets and take my pills
hands are shaking violently
i'm just a sinister poet who lost his edge
lost my hatred for the world
lost the love that was just a memory
in the distance thunder overhead
and i end up dead

This is a good poem. Nice rythm too.
