You took my life for granted
You saw me everyday
You would just brush past me
And look the other way

I gave you my heart
You treated me like shit
I gave you my world
And you stepped all over it

You gave me your word
But it was just a lie
You destroyed me when
I found you with that guy

Did you give him your word?
Did he give you his life?
Will you be happy forever?
And become man and wife?

Now I am gone
No more to be seen
I've taken my life
Thanks to you, "Beauty Queen"

...woah...the rivers of pain in your words have found their way into my heart in these shiningly rhythmic lines. I love the rhyme scheme. ~*Beth*~
