I was taught in Sunday School
To treat others how I want to be treated
“Be kind to them and you will gain
Rewards three times three”

Later on I learned in school
That this was just a lie
People treat me just the same
As if I wasn’t there

Later on I learned in life
That nice guys finish last
I was always nice to them
But I was just a “piece of shit”

Now I’ve realized he truth
That no one gives a damn
I see the truth of Sunday School
They wanted me like them

*frowns* I hate that thought, "nice guys finish last". In my world, they finish first, above and beyond anyone else. Nicely written. *Evangel*

I also think Sunday schools and many other schools wash people's brains only to grow silent people who do not revolt or reject war.Like programmed robots, who never can say no.Nice job!
