satan says,
“trust in me
god is dead
his lasting words
are in my head”

satan says,
“fallow me
serve my plot
i service you
with all i've got
receive one
i’ll give you two”

satan says,
“you paint your view
red and blue
foolishly
not mixing the two”

satan says,
“abominate the desolate
leave the weak to die
and conquer the sheep
lead them now
while they are weak”

satan says,
“you blame me and everyone else
for what you cause yourself
please take me down
from off this shelf
then dust my heart off
and forgive me”

i'll probably get flamed but anyone serious about their beliefs shouldn't be threatened by a poem, especially one that makes them think; nor should they use this little box to stand on and preach. *tounge-in-cheek*

some good flow and rhythm, especially at the beginning; an interesting style too, unique and creative; the dialogue chosen by the narrator is the real power here because it (hopefully) makes the reader think
