A whispering voice
calls my name
A memory on the wind
I look back
To find a friend
Nothing but utter black
Shadows of shadows
In my past
Reminding me of
What once has been
And now is lost
Flickering thoughts
Of hopes
Once lost
May help me find my way
Back to the whispers
Of what once has been
What one day may be
Again.
