bending branches in the sidelines

im gone and theres no misreading

the branches have broken

leaving

nothing but dark ash and yellow leaves in its path

..

the smoke twists into me

and your sparkling surface is etched by our waves

take nothing with you

except the soft pink insides

you once coveted

you unlaced the ties

and discarded the gift

empty blue reflections grow dim in my hand

so i wrap up my box, and i sew myself shut

& i leave you to your forgetting

[ ||. ]

bitter. deep. and dimpled with something i treasure
you'll breathe me in for the last time
-for the first maybe-

two snakes in one cold blooded embrace

you are the warmth
no longer

as the beating dies

i lay it to sleep
as you wish it

one day it shatters upwards to the skies
and you'll know it
in sprinkles of sand
in torrents of blood
~

in you. in me.

i miss you

{go to sleep}

Psychedelic to say the least. I'd have to sleep on this one to give any words worthy of this venture. Provocative piece, indulgent and sharply conceived. -END-

Damn. This had me leaned close to the screen and holding my breath. Agony, is what I got from it...as Doc said, you never fail. This was wonderfully sad.
