thorns in my eyes i guess
i am blind today
no one around to hear what i say
blue turns to black and i am left alone
nobody's here in this hell i call a home

i try to speak and my mouth turns to sand
it crumbles away so i try to stand
my knees turn to mud and like a stone i fall
nobody here to help me at all

if i were you i'd know what i'd do
i'd cause a big scene and pretend to care too
but i know better. you're just a whore
you get what you pay for yet still demand more

i'm trying to cry but my eyes just bleed
cause in the end there is no one like me
and i am left alone
in this hell i call a home

there's no one around
to hear what i say
there's thorns in my eyes
i guess i am blind today.
