Take empty promises
and fill your heart until its content
with sentimental lies molded into profound statements

Meant only to help but secretly killing
tainting you with false hope
staining you with unbound emotions of warmth
only to be crushed when it falls apart

take sensual lies and hold them close
closer than the truth ever was
embrace your denial as a mothers touch

find comfort in the fabrications
the very basis of our society
keep your peice of mind
knowing that all you do
all that you accomplish....

is all for not

You know...the thing about false hope and sentimental lies is that majority of this time it's what keeps us going. The belief that grass is not razor blades and broken bottles on the otherside of the fence.

This shows the honesty & truth within "lies." Is that an oxy-moron? lol... anyway, this was beyond awesome, and held truth even through fabrications. Sad, I know, but so real. *Bravo* Julia~
