  Mercury cried as
Pluto laughed into the skies
that bled the lies
to fall asleep forever.

parachutes fell from the Heavens above
but at a closer glance
I realized that it was a
second chance of a redemption for me.

  it turned cold
as the air tried to breathe life into me
and a sadness sank into
the few last drops of rain
that left me stained
from a metallic crimson
formed into a
bond secure enough of a refuge unforgiven.

I coughed from the pollution of this ugly world
until it broke my will to continue to live
everything seemed forced
into a hand full of captured tears
as the years of loneliness
turned an inflamed heart numb
I became someone else who
shifted into the resolution of a fate come true.

  automatic was the guarantee
of a silence left alone
that it turned a clowns smile fragile
into a make believe kind of
sort of love fantasized
that left wonders untold of
a soul forgotten; resting in the clouds above.
