  lately the money spent
put a blame on me
as lately my smiles seem distant
as everything happens for a reason
I cry into a wonder
of a misunderstanding
as to why I was ever born today?

brokenness treaded upon my broken heart
that only caused the pain
to try to forget me
of an unsacrificed death
of an addiction tightened so deep
around the noose
that it turned into a pale blue
by the choking of a hanging
which only smiled back at me
as I tried to die tonight.

  Death's footsteps
always knocking on my door
as my envy of a beauty
I cut away
as everything turned black
when I was left alone to rott
back into the silence of my loneliness.

  my Halo left hanging
so I cut it in two
as I threw it accross the skies
hoping, wishing, praying
that it would end up
in an Angels hands
who actually cared about me.

  sadly this is the
words put into motion of
my so called life
as the pain cracks into
a bleeding heart of
a cold, cold soul
that only wished to be unamed
from you.
