i sit there watching you
knowing you dont see me
the way i see you
or atleast that is what i think

i go home
with tears in my eyes
they slowly start to fall

i walk up the steps
not knowing what was to come
what suprise lays await in my room

i open my door
in time to see
you waiting there
fast asleep

a smile plays on my lips
as your eyes start to flutter open
your shocked at first
as you were suprised to see me

you slowly start to get up
and walk towards me
my breath starts to quickin
not knowing what your about to do

you look me in my eyes
as you have done many times before
you start to lean in
as do I

we have done this many times before
but only as friends
only as two teens tring to have some fun

i realize what i am doing
and pull away fast
you look at me confused
not knowing what to do or say

i look at you with
tears coming down my cheeks
and i tell you i cant do this any more

you ask why?
its because i am starting to fall
you say fall? fall for who

i look in your eyes
is that hurt i see
no it cant be
it only me

just a friend
nothing more
nothing less

i am falling for you i say
you just look at me and say
well thats good
then lean over to my ears and whisper
cause i am falling for you to
