Its over
This is through

I thought this would be worse

I thought my heart would weep a little more
I thought I would shed many more tears
I thought I would hate the decision I made
I thought I would miss your voice
I thought I would miss your touch
I thought I would miss you

And yet I miss nothing

At one point I thought I couldn’t say it
Yet I did

At one point I thought you cared
But you didn’t

I thought this would be harder

You know,
Letting your true love go

But it’s not when that true love
Broke your heart many times before
