Lusting after pain
Someone make me bleed
This mediocrity
Is clawing to get free
Suicide sounds just fine
I’ll take her on a date tonight
(Or, for lack of time, just for a joy ride)

I ache to break my promise
That I’d never cut again
A blade, knife, dagger, razor or piece of glass
It’s all the same in the end

We’re a collection of deranged friends
Blade-inflicting articulate pain
Knife-dull and thus agonizing
Dagger-Our history goes so far back
Razor-her artistic delay
Glass and all her poetic heartache

Violence, in her lingerie, seduced me

Tie me down and whip me
I’ve been a naughty girl
Punch me in the stomach
Where I won’t be able to breathe
Slap one cheek I’ll turn to you the other
The iron maiden, blood eagle, or brazen bull
Scaphism, death of a thousand cuts
Let me savor each torture, baby

But now, now, now
Now you’ve really done it
You should be so proud

It’s over, I’ve already died
I’ve screamed in the silence of the night
I wandered alone, I’ve wandered alone!
I’ve lusted after violent things

violent upheavels...I wish like Josh (Mathesix) you posted more consistently, anything I've read from you has such vitality and strength...this is visceral and enchanting and powerful...heckers!!
