no one warned me there was such a razorfine edge to it all
slicing painlessly that love/hate barrier
quick it happened
and suprising
a bit like a papercut
only deeper
bloodier
Shit
this one may need stitches
and will definitely
scar

oh, not me
as soon as i heard that blade being whetted
duck and cover
sorry
sucker
that you were too obtuse
to see this barreling toward you
like a freight train toward a drunk
and soon it will all crash down

im so fucking over this
can't believe i outgrew it so soon

blink fast
i'll be gone quicker than lightning
and breath
and ill-fated love

don't worry
you'll forget it happened
quick
and painless
a bit like a papercut
