I'm just a flower
That's bloomed too late.
I'm what's left of my destiny
Slipping away and doomed to this fate.

I'm just the raindrops
Still stuck in these clouds.
And the vibrant sun behind
Trying to break away somehow.

I'm just the words
That went unspoken.
I'm what lies in your other world
A promise that's been broken.

I'm just the moon
Fighting for my eclipse.
I'm the forgotten tears
That slide to your lips.

I'm just the message in the bottle
That no one has saw.
The leaf of a winter tree
Condemned to soon fall.
