would you classify them as nightmares and nothing more?
if you could see my world is nothing as what it seems

if you saw everyone around me withdrawing away from me

if you noticed that my eyes were silently screaming
would you ignore me when i said everything is fine?
if you looked deep enough, past the eyes that are deceiving
would you continue to pursue your search crossing over this deadly line?

if you only knew how much i silently pray
for someone who could come along and make it all better.
if you only knew how much i do wish you'd stay
and help me to finally grasp this long lost cure.

if you only saw what it would mean to me
even though i say i'm alright and don't worry.
even though i beg that you let it be
