trickling goes the water
down her trembling leg
as excruciating pains
pulse through her body in waves
screams of agony then fill
the air around, no longer still
she then implores her husband to
rush her to the emergency room
"My baby!" she screams, "There's something wrong!
Please make sure not to take too long!"
they wheel her through and down the halls
while moans of pain echo off walls
she then is prepped for rescue of
the product of their christened love
as he watches on with grief
he sees her shaking like a leaf
"Don't worry love, she's almost here.
Soon you'll hold her, please don't fear."
and then the doctor screams aloud
"It's a girl! You should be proud!"
and then mother looked in daughter's eyes
and saw that she'd fly well beyond the skies
