silly little limbo girl
twisting through the branch of trees
and swinging side to side
knocking senses to their knees
can you vault on through the air
like a squirrel that's gone insane
you'll plop right on the ground
look beside you, there's your brain
you stupid rubber maiden
with your hair in twists and knots
do you ever brush that wild mess
or do you shave it off in spots?
can you even reach behind your head
to tear the eyes off enemies
or will you let them sneak up on you
strangling you with triumphant glees
I believe the world is not yet ready
for a being such as you
ignorance they say is bliss
but insanity will not do
you may be restless and naive
and just a bit confused
but the strength inside your very self
could do much damage if misused
I beg you, please, do not realize
what lurks within your spirit
for the might that lies beneath your soul
could destroy humanity in one short minute
I know it's hard to burden truths
whilst no one else believes
a long and lonely road ahead
with dreadful days and lonesome eves
I love you silly limbo girl
with all your quirks and oddities
much of the same, we are, you see,
living other-wordly realities
come with me down this path of mine
I'll show you the way to go
hold my hand and skip and sing
we will be fine, I know
