Shattered eyes looking downwards an endless path
Holding tears that are falling from the eyes
that sees the pain a broken promise can create
A reign of sorrow builded for a lost soul to drain
        
A sacrifice for nothing bleeding it's way to me
Feelings taking form to torment my dead dream
Creations that cannot be stopped to save an undone rose
Falling down as the frozen tears hits the ground

A lost paradise for me to see in it's forsaken light
Snakes crawling in the flowers in the hidden light
Sins that never came to be forgiven - Still wandering outside
I sigh beneath the blood red sky that once were mine

I wanted to sing a lullaby to cover their eyes
from these desert plains where you only hear cries
of naked souls twisting on the ground trying to flee
from the pain that once where laid on me

A veil for the night to call us upon the clouds to
suffer the eternal fears that was meant just for me
Lighting up the path that I'm supposed to follow
Still I'm freezing and unable to feel the light

I clouded the moon and wanished the stars alone
For no one to see the beautiful spirit eclipse
that once felt the warmth of souls with love
Lost in the depths of the darkened shrine

Dusk sweeps across the divine fields of sorrow
An endless tormenting echo for the mortal ones
Breathing the air that once where clear to breathe
The divine heard wanished into the storm of lost dreams...
...to be found again when the time is at it's end...
